The Dean's Circle
The Dean’s Circle is a special group of alumni and friends of Basic Sciences that supports the academic and development goals of the College. Members of the Dean’s Circle are advocates for the College and support its mission through their personal generosity and their advocacy.
Alumni and friends become members of the Dean's Circle through annual contributions of $1,000 or more. Members are invited to an annual dinner with the Dean, the Hall of Distinction banquet, and other special events and programs throughout the year.
Dean’s Circle donations are used to initiate new programs, fund current activities, and provide flexible funding to meet the needs of students and faculty. Funds from this program also provide critical support for ongoing development activities within the College.
The pursuit of academic distinction in the sciences is an LSU tradition. Our alumni and friends are an integral part of the College’s legacy of excellence, and your membership in the Dean’s Circle helps assure that this legacy will continue and flourish. |
