This facility,
located on the first floor of Choppin Hall, provides
state-of-the-art computing hardware with highly technical
software important for teaching and research in the
fields of chemistry, biochemistry and the life sciences.
Hardware consists of an IBM
RS6000 cluster, several SGI Octane workstations,
a Windows 2000 Server, and a variety of software,
including SYBL, Cambridge Structure Data Base, SPARTAN,
and the Wisconsin Genetics Sequencing Analysis Package.
