Dr. Kevin R. Carman, Dean ----------------------------------------- Professor Kevin Carman was named Dean of the College in January of 2005; he was Interim Dean for one year prior to that. Dr. Fred A. Rainey, Associate Dean -------------------------------------- Professor Fred Rainey is the Associate Dean for Finance and Administration in the College of Basic Sciences. He is responsible for reviewing proposals, budget management and oversight of business services, and the oversight of the College facilities. Dr. Gary R. Byerly, Associate Dean --------------------------------------------------- Professor Gary Byerly is the Associate Dean for Student Services in the College of Basic Sciences. He is responsible for academic programs, student advising, summer school course management, and in addition is the advisor for the Masters of Natural Sciences Program (MNS).
